Prices and Payment
SAFE-C accept payment by PayPal or major credit and debit cards. Certification will not be dispatched until payments have cleared please allow 10 working days. All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate.
Purchasing
All courses offered on the website are subject to availability. Bookings are not considered accepted by SAFE-C until the course booking has been confirmed to you in writing by post or email. Placing an order signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Conditions of Booking
To book a course the full payment must be made no later than seven days before the course.
All cancellations must be advised in writing by post or email to SAFE-C and if received 30 days prior to the start of the course, no fees will be charged.
Where a cancellation is made less than 30 days yet 7 days or more before the start of the course, 50{05a575387f58d31eaedf5a67e0685309b92a864d201cc7945b79e48f4ffb052d} of the course payment will be nonreturnable.
Where a cancellation is made less than 7 days to the start of the course, the full fee is payable.
Fees will be charged for all trainees booked onto a course.
In the event of a trainee being unable to complete the course, the full fee remains payable.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances a course has to be cancelled by SAFE-C, alternative dates or a refund of any fees paid will be given.
When booking, it is the responsibility of the employer and the trainee to ensure the fitness of the trainee for the designated course. Clients may substitute candidates for the course at any time prior to the course start date.
Goods Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with a purchase we are more than happy for you to return the item. For a full refund or exchange return within 7 days of receipt. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Please email or telephone us to advise of the return.
After-sales Services and Guarantees
All trainees are welcome to contact SAFE-C by telephone, email or post for further advice, support or information please notify us and return the item as instructed. If after inspection, SAFE-C agrees with your complaint, we will arrange a refund.
